About Me
Hi there! I am a versatile designer & researcher currently working for the Service Design Lab at Aalborg University Copenhagen.
I stepped into the world of Design back in 2012 and since then, I’ve been fascinated by the role that design plays, both as a process and as a set of artefacts, in defining humanity. I see Design both as a cause that sparks new behaviours and practices as well as an effect of those – it’s a loop!
I am a natural, creative problem solver fuelled by the desire to shape solutions that surprise, inspire and support people in their daily lives. What I enjoy most about my job is having the opportunity to shift roles during the process, taking as needed the role of researcher, designer, facilitator or just curious practitioner
At the moment, my responsibilities include giving lectures on the theoretical foundations of service design combined with hands-on activities where I teach students some of the most relevant tools and methods in the field; I am also in charge of supervising master students and organising Service Design Talks.
