Approach

I adopt design thinking as a professional approach to problem-solving. Through in-depth research, trends analysis, and participatory processes, I explore various opportunity areas and define a potentially ‘right design’ to unfold further. In order to get the ‘design right’, I involve stakeholders in collaborative sessions where the design can be tested and developed in details.

I have a fluent understanding of Design Methods and I am an expert in designing services across multiple channels and for different contexts. I am well versed in producing high-quality design artefacts such as personas, user journeys, prototypes, and blueprints.

I am in my element when conducting collaborative design activities such as workshops, brainstorming sessions, co-design activities within the team, as well as with clients and external partners.
